How to use a discount code when ordering?

Do you have a discount code you want to use when ordering? Enter this code at the bottom of the page where you fill in your address and choose a certain payment method, and the discount will be settled immediately.

Recommended washing instructions

Because we don’t want you and your Fruity Fire shirt to smell like rotten fruit, we advise you to wash your shirt once in a while.

To keep the fabric and print as new, we recommend hand wash to 30 °C. Only use detergents that don’t contain bleach or added fabric softener. After washing, do not tumble dry. Avoid creases. Do not iron the print.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates depend on your country of residence. Shipping to an address within The Netherlands is € 6,95. The cost of shipping items to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain, Sweden and The United Kingdom is € 13,-. Do you want to ship products to another country? Don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or mail to inquire about the possibilities and shipping rates.

Shipping of Fruity Fire items is carried out by PostNL. After receiving the payment we’ll start processing your order. As soon as we’ll send out your package, you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace code. With this code you can track the package and see the recent status, and predicted day and time of delivery.

Delivery time

We understand you can’t wait to wear your Fruity Fire shirt or cap. But because we specifically make each item to order, it isn’t possible to have it delivered to you in a blink of an eye unfortunately. Delivery within The Netherlands takes about 4 to 7 days, while shipping to other countries add an extra 2 or 4 days.

Returning or exchanging items

Aren’t you satisfied with the product you received? We’re unhappy to hear that. If you want to, you can return or exchange a product within 14 days after you received it. The shipping cost of sending the package back to us will be your own expense.

After receiving the product in good order, we’ll refund the amount in 7 working days to your account. We only repay the price of the clothing (total amount of the order minus the original shipping costs).

If you haven’t ordered the right size, you can exchange it for another item. Also in this case, the shipping cost of returning the item to us are at your own expense, as well as the shipping rates of sending another item to you.

Payment methods

It’s possible to pay your order with iDeal, PayPal or creditcard. Once you’ve selected a payment method and start the actual process of payment you may notice the name of the accountholder of Fruity Fire states Roodborstje. Don’t worry, it’s safe and surefire. We’re aware this may be a bit confusing and we’re trying to fix it as soon as possible.
